What we collect
Account details (name, email), wellness data you log (weight, meals, habits), and basic device/usage information needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide the product, generate your insights, and improve MedAstra. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your health data for advertising.
AI features
When you use the AI assistant, your prompts are processed by our AI provider to generate responses. We do not use them to train external models.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside MedAstra is role-restricted and audited.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing us.
